One Year Builder Warranty
We’ve Got You Covered
We want you to be a happy homeowner. That’s why every new home owner will complete a walkthrough prior to taking possession of their new home. We make notations of any concerns and are available throughout the first year of ownership for to you address anything that might arise.
2-10 Warranty
Warranty Coverage
Every home that Genesis Homes NW completes comes with the addition of a 2-10 builder warranty. This will provide a 2 year systems warranty and a 10 year structural warranty.
