He’s known for keeping projects moving (no sitting idle for days), maintaining clean, safe job sites, and staying in constant communication so you always know what’s happening and why. He’s approachable, honest, and deeply committed to building on time and on budget—no surprises, no stress.

Lilli works alongside Jason to guide clients through the many choices that come with building a home. Raised around building and remodeling and with over 15 years of experience in the Clark County home industry, she brings a blend of design sense, budgeting savvy, and calm, friendly support. From materials and finishes to smart cost-saving options, she keeps the process moving smoothly and ensures decisions are made confidently and on schedule.
